Moon Ritual Salt Soak • for Moontime and/or Full Moon Ritual
As you ease your sacred babe body into the warm water, give ourself permission to sink - slowly, fully, unapologetically - into yourself. Let these plants hold your heart, your womb, your aching body, and the dark of your angsty Moontime spirit in their gentle stillness. Take a few deep breaths and, at least for the next 30 whole minutes, commit to letting yourself live your best damn life without any bullshit. You're a moon Goddess, Witch.
Instructions:
Add 1/2 - 1 cup of this mineral rich mixture under the running water as you draw your nice, warm bath. If you don’t have a good drain strainer, use the muslin bag (included) to contain the salt and herb mixture—we like to tie it to the faucet so that the water runs through it as your tubbie fills. Then tie it up and drop the whole kit and caboodle right in!
Ingredients: Epsom Salt, Pink Himalayan Sea Salt, Roses, homegrown Chamomile, homegrown Lavender, homegrown Yarrow, homegrown Mugwort, essential oil of Clary Sage, Rose and Jasmine absolute. *organic
