Shipment processing time
Processing time may vary based on whether or not the product is made to order and/or the availability of current stock, but generally products will ship within one week. We do our best to get your order to you as quickly as possible.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
All orders are shipped via the United States Postal Service in Priority Mail flat-rate packaging.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur.
Tatnic Witch Herbals, LLC ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories and P.O. Boxes.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
Tatnic Witch Herbals, LLC is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages
Tatnic Witch Herbals, LLC is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
International Shipping Policy
We currently do not ship outside the U.S.
Returns Policy
If an item has arrived to you broken or damaged from inadequate packaging, we will gladly work to make it right—either through a refund or replacement of original item. Otherwise, at this time, we are unable to accept returns and all sales are final.
