If you are scheduling your first Clinical Herbal Consultation: you will receive both a confirmation email and an email containing an intake form.  This form must be completed and returned 72 hours prior to your scheduled appointment.

While you are under no obligation to return for follow-up clinical appointments, it is highly recommended. For optimal results, two follow-up appointments are ideal. Details of pricing bundle below.

Full Clinical Consultation Bundle • $265 includes:

• Initial Intake Consultation (1.5 hours), recommended herbal protocol, + 1 email

• 1st Follow-up Consultation (1 hour - to be scheduled at Initial Intake) + 1 email

• 2nd Follow-up Consultation (1 hour - to be scheduled at 1st Follow-up) + 1 email

Payment and Cancellations:

Payment, in full, is expected at the time of your consultation.

If you must cancel a scheduled appointment, please do so as soon as possible. There is no charge for 24 hour notice.* Within 24 hours, you will remain responsible for half of the appointment cost.* No-shows will be charged in full.

* Bundle Follow-up appointments must be rescheduled and will not be refunded.
